3. City life
There are more than a few people that prefer city life over dwelling in the suburbs or other less populated locales. As any a city dweller will tell you, not just anyone is able to buy their own place in the city. In many cities, home ownership is limited to those with very high salaries or are independently wealthy. For the rest of us, renting is usually a much more affordable option in just about any city you can find.
