5. Diamond Pushup
One of the toughest pushups to perform is the diamond pushup. These require a lot of efforts and it is perfect to build up those triceps. A key point that needs to be kept in mind while doing this is that triceps are a smaller group of muscles compared to the biceps. So you shouldn’t overwork them. To perform the diamond pushup, place your hands in front of your chest on the floor, with your fingers and thumbs pressed together. Then lower your body like a regular pushup and rise up.
