5. Play Sports

Exercising, working out, running or even doing Tai Chi may seem tiresome or boring. For those kind of people, try a sport. It doesn’t matter what kind of sport you want to play, just go and play. Try and play a sport that gets your body moving and gets you sweating. It’s good for the heart, health, and can be just the help you need to overcome anxiety. A good 60 minutes to 90 minutes’ worth of game time a day will make you feel better both physically and mentally. Playing outside will also get you some sunshine and perhaps a much needed boost of Vitamin D.
