4. Tai Chi

This will probably sound unfamiliar to a lot of people but Tai Chi does help to beat anxiety. Tai Chi is basically a series of slow gentle movements of the hands and the rest of the body. It is sort of similar to yoga but in a more rhythmic manner and has more activity than yoga. If you have watched one of those old school Chinese movies then you may have noticed the kung fu master or the main character retraining themselves using the art of Tai Chi.
