2. Alarm clock
An alarm clock can be your best friend in implementing your daily routine of waking up early in the morning. Some people are fine with a blaring loud alarm while others are OK with a gradual alarm, so you’ll need to figure out which one suits you the best. The alarm clock should be kept enough of a distance away from your bed so that you need to make an effort to get out of your pit to shut it off! Also, an extra tip: If you have a song that you use for your alarm, don’t choose one that you like – you’ll end up hating it!
