3. Oranges
Oranges are packed with vitamin C which is known to lower cortisol (the stress hormone) and lower blood pressure. Oranges can prevent you from feeling anxious so just grab an orange and have it whole. You can also go for orange but make sure it is freshly squeezed and sugar-free. Even the scent of oranges alonge can make you feel calmer; so you can simmer the peel in some water to release the citrusy aroma.
