5. Butt-dragging
Yeah, this is something nobody wants to see, especially if it takes place on a new or freshly-cleaned carpet! Although this might appear a bit amusing for some people, a dog dragging his rear end across the floor is often a sign that something potentially serious is going on. Unlike people, dogs and some other animals have anal sacs that sometimes become blocked and infected, and that could be the reason your dog is behaving in this strange manner. This is a condition that requires medical intervention as soon as possible. Other reasons for butt-dragging behavior include parasitic worms, tumors or allergies.
