7. Create a Meal Plan

Successful weight loss requires planning and that’s because lack of planning often leads to overindulgence. When you’re left to try to figure out what to eat all of the time you are far more likely to make bad choices. Having a plan makes it easy to know what you should be eating and when. Planning can be as simple as just making a list of meals you are going to eat every week. It’s a good idea to do that before you go to the supermarket since it makes it easier for you to get in and out quickly and avoid being distracted by things you should not be placing in your shopping cart.
