8. Fewer chores
Much of the time, home ownership involves a lot of domestic chores that renters do not have to deal with. Unless you want to risk the ire of your neighbors and maybe even find yourself in violation of local ordinances, it’s best to keep both your home and property in reasonably decent condition. This can involve lawn mowing, painting, gardening, hedge trimming and cleaning gutters to name only a few. Much of the time, renters do not have to worry about these time-sucking inconveniences.
