This is another one of the advanced level pushups. If you feel that regular pushups are not requiring much effort then switch to this one. This is kind of similar to an inclined bench press so you can assume what kind effect it will have on your chest area. Try to position yourself that keeps your feet elevated 12 inches off the ground. Keep your arms vertical and lower yourself like a regular pushup. You can even increase the height of your legs for an even harder challenge.
