2. Push Up Jack
Sometimes you don’t feel like doing cardio and want to limit yourself to strength training. For those moments, pushup jack is the best solution. This basically combines cardio workout inside your pushup routines. Start by placing yourself in the plank position like a regular pushup. As you lower yourself, jump your legs as wide as you can. While getting up, jump back to your regular position. This might take a bit time to get used to but once you get the hang of it, you will have a very thorough workout. Do it a few times a day to build up your strength.
