9. Nuts
A snack time favorite for many people, nuts are not only tasty, they make a good detox food. In addition to many of the more common nuts people enjoy eating like almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds, there are a number of somewhat more exotic types of nuts that are also great for detox. These include pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and Siberian cedar nuts. Someone who is in a serious detox program should avoid nut butter.
