Lose 50 Pounds on the Mediterranean Diet by Eating MORE

6. Exercise: Your body on the move

The Mediterranean diet is not just a way of eating, but rather a healthier way of living. As such, it includes putting your body in motion. Mind you, though, there are many ways in which this can be achieved, common exercises and sports being the most obvious but not the only ones.

For example, just by performing certain activities while being sit down instead of lying in bed (like watching tv), or standing up when carrying out daily tasks can not only help you burn more calories, but it can even improve your posture, too. Also, common activities like walking (fast) and climbing stairs can help a lot in the long run.
