4. Temperature Changes
Lots of people get cold chills and hot flashes which are not always an indication of MS, but for people who are experiencing early signs of the disease, there are distinctions between “normal” changes in temperature you feel and those triggered by multiple sclerosis. With MS, the sensation of hot or cold will often start in the hands or feet, and them move up the arms or legs to involve the entire body.
