7. Alcohol
Alcohol has more calories than carbs. If you are trying to lose weight, cut back as much as you can on Alcohol, especially beer. If you can try and skip it altogether. They don’t say “beer belly” for no reason.
Bottom line is, if you are not sure if the food is healthy or not, peek at the label. Keep an eye on the carb and sugar amounts. Anything that comes in a can or bottle and claims to be fat-free or healthy, stay away from it. Also, remember size does matter! I mean serving size. Be mindful when you eat.
