#5 Berries
This one is somewhat of a “no-brainer” since just about everyone likes either blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries. Both blueberries and raspberries contain anthocyanin, which helps to protect neurons that are associated with memory. Strawberries contain fisetin, a compound that is also linked to improved memory function. One medical research study found that eating a cup of blueberries per day can improve memory noticeably after just a few months.
